BUILDING HOPE

ONE BRICK AT A TIME

SPONSOR A BRICK

Thanks to the generosity of suppliers, clients and individual donors, we have completed the wall at the 4 de Março School in Namibe, Angola.

THE WALL IS NOW
A REALITY

The 4 de Março School now has a wall that protects hundreds of children, providing a safe space in which to learn and grow. Each brick represents a gesture of solidarity and commitment, and together we have built more than a wall: we have built a shared dream.

To everyone who took part, your support has been essential. Every contribution, every brick and every personalised message has left its mark. Thank you for believing in this project and in the power of solidarity.

WE WILL CONTINUE WITH NEW INITIATIVES

The wall is now complete, but our commitment does not end here..

TRANSFORMING LIVES ONE BY ONE

At Kaleido, we believe in the power of education to change lives. Since 2003, we have worked alongside the local community, establishing a deep bond that inspired us to build a school in Namibe, southern Angola.

This educational centre, created in collaboration with the Congregation of the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, already provides a dignified learning space for 600 children. More than a building, it is a place where children can grow, dream and build a better future.

At Kaleido, we remain committed to supporting local development, building cultural bridges and making a positive difference in our host communities.

‘BUILDING A FUTURE TOGETHER, BRICK BY BRICK’.

2021

SCHOOL PROJECT
KALEIDO ANGOLA

In 2021, we consolidated our social commitment in Angola with the construction of a school in Namibe, as part of its effort to give back to local communities.

This project, driven by the local Kaleido Angola team, marked the start of several initiatives to support children.

The school is run by the Sisters of Charity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. From start to finish, Kaleido took care of the collection of school materials, clothes and other necessities until they were handed over to the local team of the Sisters of the Congregation.

2022

INAUGURATION
ANGOLA SCHOOL

In 2022 we opened the new school in southern Angola. This school opened its doors for more than 600 children aged 5 to 13, who finally have a suitable space to receive a quality education. The collaboration with the Sisters of Charity, with their extensive experience in education and strong presence in the country, has been essential to ensure the success of the project.
In addition, we continue to support the community with campaigns to provide school materials and necessary resources. As part of our commitment, we celebrated the International Day of the African Child by organising a snack for the local children, a small gesture that brought many smiles.

2023

CHARITY
COLLECTION CAMPAIGNS

In 2023, we activated several solidarity collection campaigns with the aim of continuing to support the Namibe school in Angola. At the end of the year, we received all the school supplies that colleagues and suppliers helped us to collect.

In addition, we launched a second collection campaign, taking advantage of the change of season and the closure of schools. We set up boxes in each of our centres to collect clothes, shoes and school supplies.

Thanks to such generosity, we managed to exceed all expectations and send a crucial shipment for the school children.

2024

SOLIDARITY CHRISTMAS, FOOTBALL SCHOOL
AND ALBINO COLLECTIVE SUPPORT

In 2024, in addition to our usual solidarity initiatives, a proposal was put forward by the school’s teachers: to create a Football School in Angola. Over several weekends, a league was organised in which the school’s pupils were able to participate, thanks to the contributions of sports equipment from our colleagues at Kaleido.

In addition, as part of the social programme, we launched an action to support the Albino collective in Namibe, which faces a double struggle: social exclusion and serious health problems. This was only the beginning of our collaboration, as we are looking for alliances with pharmaceutical and optical companies to improve their quality of life.

2025

WALL PROJECT
ANGOLA SCHOOL

What next? In 2025, we look to the future with the firm conviction that there is still much to do.

The ‘One Brick Solidarity’ campaign is just the beginning of a road full of projects and solidarity actions that will continue to transform lives in Angola.

We know that the work does not end with the construction of a school or the delivery of materials; rather, these are the first steps to generate a lasting impact in the community.

2026

LOOKING TO
THE FUTURE

What next? In 2026, we look to the future with the firm conviction that there is still much to be done.

We remain committed to actions and solidarity projects that transform lives in Angola and continue to create a lasting, positive impact within the community.
